About the Bean
Nutty, tropical, and sweetness exemplified一there’s a lot to love about this Catuai variety coffee from Caranavi smallholder Juan Carlos Mamani. From June to October, Juan makes the most of his 1.5 hectare farm resting on fertile soil 1,700 MASL to grow cherries brimming with apricot flavour. He then processes the coffee naturally by sorting and drying the cherries on raised beds for 15–20 days. All of which lends this harvest its juicy acidity and delectable fruit-forward notes.
