Experienced Marketing Guru
Full time $75,000 – $85,000 per year
We are on the hunt for an amazing hands on Marketing Manager/Digital Brand Manager to help us take our business to the next level in ecommerce! If you like to take ownership of what you do and capable of being the sole responsible party for our marketing efforts, from ideating a campaign to implementing and managing social media strategy, edm strategy, paid ads and search, whilst leveraging your experience and skills to analyse data and optimise efforts to achieve KPI..this role is for you. You will be working at ECRE Pty LTD and STITCH COFFEE, a company and a brand that was born of an idea that coffee is much like a tapestry - it is a weaving of origins and flavours to create a delicious cup. Today we are a company heavily focused on creating connections through coffee, from green bean importers to everyday coffee drinkers and everyone in between. We assist cafes in up-skilling their baristas and teams, teaching them how to extract the perfect espresso and brew a delicious pour-over. Our love for coffee is fed by the daily home brewers and the cafes that serve our coffee. We continue to source coffee ethically from around the world and ensure that we have the ability to communicate this with our community. We are continuously evolving our buying practises and fostering relationships with importers and farmers to ensure a healthy future for coffee. The role will mainly focus on Stitch Coffee for the first few months and then Stitch Coffee and ECRE.
In your this role your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Creating the Marketing Strategy and Implementing it across 2 brands for wholesale, retail, e-commerce, ad-hoc opportunities. (focus on e-commerce and digital).
- This role is heavily focus on catapulting our Social Media strategy.
- Manage the creative briefing process to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Campaigns execution to ensure our marketing calendar and strategy are achieved.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing elements (SEO/SEM, social media, ads, edms, etc).
- Collaborating with broader team, stores and external agencies to roll out design & marketing concepts across all channels (external designers and in-house designer for ad hoc projects, external social media, printing suppliers, etc).
- Provide accurate reporting and analysis of digital channels to aid management in decision making and achieve set KPIs.
- For the initial 6 months this role is performed 4 days on-site and 1 wfh day option.
Skills and Competencies that you must demonstrate:
- Experience with most paid social management apps (Facebook Ads Manager, Audience insights, Google Ads, Google Analytics a must).
- You must love coffee and the coffee industry.
- Proven expertise brand content marketing.
- Ninja level project management skills: ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Self-starter and pro-active personality.
- Great communication skills and native english.
- Experience using Shopify preferred.
- A can-do attitude and a friendly personality.
- Capable of working independently with minimum supervision, as well as in a team environment. We are a small company that is growing at a fast pace.
- Top analytical skills that allow you to identify opportunities that will enhance our business.
- Photography skills a plus.

- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.

- A keen eye for detail and flair for presentation
