ABOUT THE BEAN

A coffee that is pristine from the ground up! We source this Ethiopian lot from a Testi Coffee ‘premium’ washing station (called Gara Agena), which was intentionally built in 2020 to work with the natural advantages of the landscape. Optimal growing conditions, fresh clean water from the Geta river, and a cool micro-climate worked in unison to produce the quality cherries that ended up in this cup. The result is a natural-processed bean that’s silky to drink and leaves a pleasant chocolatey-sweet flavour on the palate.
