Aromatic, with floral notes and rich dried plum. This coffee is from a special lot from organisation, al-Mashtal al-Burhani, which helps to educate farmers, grow saplings and gives access to water. The high altitude provides cool temperatures and long ripening periods. This helps develop the natural sugars in the fruit. The natural processing method creates a cup that is rich and fruity.
