This 2nd harvest, single origin matcha, is sourced from Yame Fukuoka, a region renowned for producing high-quality matcha. Through close collaboration with local farmers, the Hirai family meticulously choose the best tea leaves, resulting in a matcha of unparalleled excellence.
HOW TO BREW MATCHA POWDER?
Add 1-2 tsp of matcha to a small bowl.
Pour in 60ml (80 C) Water.
Whisk using a bamboo whisk in a zig-zag pattern until lightly foamed.
Add your preferred hot milk.
Add Sugar/honey/vanilla syrup to sweeten to your liking!
