Our matcha is sourced directly from a family-run farm in Shizuoka, a region in Japan globally renowned for its green tea production. Gaku and his family have been harvesting and producing only the best quality matcha for over a century and wish to continue sharing their passion with the world for generations to come. Rich in antioxidants and minerals, matcha has garnered international enthusiasm not only for its unique flavour and vibrant colour, but also its many health benefits.
In collaboration with South Pacific Cacao, a privately funded business with a mission to accelerate and grow its impact on rural communities in the Solomon Islands which included creating market pathways for a broader range of artisan products. This chocolate bar has been crafted using only high quality ingredients that do good.
