Straight from the shores of El Salvador! This SL34 lot is the brainchild of Emilio López and Jose Roberto Santamaría, who merged their operations in 2021 to meet the worldwide demand for high-scoring El Salvadorian coffees. Finca El Manzano is particularly special to López, having been in the family since 1872. During harvest, cherries are handpicked and delivered to the on-site wet mill where it is de-pulped, fermented for 16-20 hours, washed, and dried on patios for 7-10 days. This lends the final cup its distinguished berry tones and honey-like sweetness.
