This coffee was grown by Teman Aba Mocha on his 12 hectare lot in Beshasha, a town in central Ethiopia. Beshasha is located in the Gomma woreda near Agaro, which is a part of the Jimma Zone in the Oromia Region, an area characterised by semi forest coffee production systems. After picking and sorting, the coffee was fermented for 12-24 hours before being dried for 15-20 days.
